For the Johnny-come-latelies; Rosa Koire (RIP) called it early in 2011, in her book 'Behind The Green Mask UN: Agenda 21' - John & his DA-ANC-GNUs are the implementers, laws in place. Here is a 3min VIDEO summary if you have not seen it...

"I'm gonna show you the new map of the United States of America...[these are] mega-regions...mega regions...these are...city-states...[and]...the federal government...is in [the] process of creating [them]."
The late Rosa Koire, author of BEHIND THE GREEN MASK: UN Agenda 21, describes for an audience in Denmark in 2013 how the U.S. federal government wants to create "mega-regions" in the U.S., which are "city-states" that "[cross] national boundaries." The aim, as Koire describes in her full talk, is globalization without national, state, or local boundaries.
"I'm gonna show you the new map of the United States of America...[these are] mega-regions...mega regions...these are the city-states...that are being made larger," Koire tells the audience. "The gray area is the wildlands. That's going to be the area that no one will have access to."
"I found out about this because I saw that people were not being able to use their land, and I looked behind that, and I found Agenda 21," Koire says. She adds, "The federal government of the United States is doing this—is in [the] process of creating 'mega-regions,' which are, essentially, crossing national boundaries."
Koire highlights one specific region, "Cascadia," which will be made up of a portion of Washington state, Oregon state, Idaho, and even Vancouver. Koire notes that the "Southern California and Texas triangle areas" will include parts of Mexico.
"This breaks national boundaries, it breaks state boundaries, it breaks county boundaries. It's also a project of the Ford Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation," the late author says. She adds that this is "regionalization and world government: You use trade agreements to destroy boundaries and you actually cannot make local law that breaks those treaties."

Tips to get more protein
The best way to combat a protein deficiency? Work on getting more protein in your meals. Romito offers up the following advice:
Include protein at every meal. Romito doesn’t recommend trying to cram all your protein into one meal. Instead, she says it’s best to split it up throughout the day. “If you get protein at every meal, it makes it easier to hit your total by the end of the day.”

Most people think success is about adding more.
More projects. More contacts. More noise.
In reality, the breakthroughs often come from subtraction.
Removing the one offer that drains you.
Declining the meeting that adds no value.
Letting go of the client who doesn’t respect your work.
If you feel stuck, ask yourself:
What can I remove to make everything else work better?

In 2007, ‘locavore’ – a person who only eats food grown or produced within a 100-mile (161km) radius – was the Oxford Word of the Year. Now, 15 years later, University of Sydney researchers urge it to trend once more . They have found that 19 percent of global food system greenhouse gas emissions are caused by transportation.
This is up to seven times higher than previously estimated, and far exceeds the transport emissions of other commodities. For example, transport accounts for only seven percent of industry and utilities emissions.
